I provide a convenient and effective way for individuals to access therapy from the comfort of their own homes. I offer individual therapy sessions through FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp, and more, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational enhancement therapy, existential therapy, gestalt therapy, and person centred therapy, among others.

With over two decades of experience in mental health, I have helped individuals with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I am committed to providing high-quality care to my clients, and I believe that online psychotherapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy.

My goal as an Online Psychotherapist is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and develop strategies for coping with life's challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and areas for growth, and to develop a treatment plan that meets their specific needs.
